Business Support Network Event for Loughrea & surrounding areas run in conjunction with Loughrea Chamber of Commerce

The importance of networking
If you are a business owner, senior manager or aspiring manager, you will know how difficult it can be to set goals and stay on track. This is especially difficult when you are also dealing with urgent day to day issues and distractions.
As we all know, to achieve success we need to make changes but change can be daunting. This is particularly true when you lack a vision of the potential outcome, or confidence in your own ability to follow through.
Come to the Networking meeting on Wednesday 18th October. It is the perfect opportunity to meet your fellow Loughrea employers, business owners and sole traders; to network and support each other in a friendly, relaxed and constructive environment.

Linda Ford, Sallisford Coaching
Linda is a Personal Performance Coach and Trainer specialising in helping clients to achieve success in their business or career. Using a system based on the principles of focus and perspective, Linda helps clients move from where they are now to where they want to be. She helps them to develop ‘DRIVEN’ goals and to improve motivation and confidence.

Linda has over 15 years experience in helping hundreds of people to set up in business and achieve their goals. She has since developed these skills further to help people to improve their personal performance in a wide range of other areas such as career, exam success, creativity, assertiveness, motivation and confidence.

She set up and ran her own successful retail and mail order business in the creative sector in Wales for 14 years, during which time she was shortlisted for the Western Mail Welsh Woman of the Year Award, presented with a Business Mentor Award from the Prince’s Youth Business Trust and was interviewed on national TV and Radio.

Subsequently Linda became a full time Business Adviser, helping aspiring business people to develop their ideas. She also delivered a variety of business workshops such as marketing, communications and business planning.

Many of Linda’s clients work from home, either for themselves or as an employee. Other clients want to improve their personal performance to expand in business, achieve promotion or exam success. Linda has worked in many
similar situations herself and draws on this understanding to add unique empathy to her coaching.
