Cosy Homes Information Service Launches in Loughrea

Naomh Breandan Credit Union is partnering with Sustainable Energy West to introduce a new volunteer‑led Cosy Homes Information Service for the local community.

This free weekly drop‑in service will take place at the Loughrea Family Resource Centre every Friday from 10:30am to 12:30pm, beginning Friday, 3 July.

Cosy Homes volunteers will provide practical information and support on household benefits, home energy bills, and home energy upgrades, with a particular focus on older people and those receiving social welfare payments.

The aim of the service is to help residents access clear, reliable information that can reduce household energy costs and make homes warmer and more sustainable.

Anyone who may benefit from this support is encouraged to drop in for a friendly chat with one of the volunteers.
