Chef’s Cafe Vol 2 Bids Farewell

Chef’s Cafe Vol. 2 is officially closing its doors at the Fairgreen, Loughrea, this Sunday, 28th September.

The team behind Chef’s Cafe Vol. 2 shared the news in a heartfelt Facebook post on Friday night, 26th September, expressing gratitude to their loyal customers:

“After an incredible journey, the time has come for us to say goodbye. Chef’s Cafe Vol. 2 is officially closing its doors this Sunday 28th of September. This chapter has been filled with unforgettable moments, passionate cooking, and the joy of serving each and every one of you.”

The closure reflects the ongoing challenges faced by small businesses in the hospitality sector. Despite efforts to adapt and stay afloat, the owners say they made the difficult decision to close with pride in what they’ve built.

In their message to customers, the team highlighted that this isn’t the end:

“This isn’t the end, just a new beginning… Our story continues where it began, in Craughwell.”

Though the doors of Vol. 2 are closing, Chef’s Cafe isn’t disappearing entirely, and people are encouraged to stay connected on social media for updates on what’s next.
