Mary was joined by Keith Shaughnessy and Edel O’Brien from Loughrea Athletic Club. Together, they talked about the upcoming Grey Lake 10km race, which is just around the corner and promises to be a fantastic event.

The show also featured a fun discussion about Camogie and Hurling, with Frank Nestor and John Geraghty talking about the latest in these popular sports.
