O’Doherty’s Newsagents Says Goodbye After 19 Years

After 19 years serving the Loughrea community, O’Doherty’s Newsagents will be closing its doors on Wednesday, 12th June. Posting on their Facebook page, O’Doherty’s Newsagents – Formerly O’Reillys said:

Thank You from O’Doherty’s Newsagents

After 19 wonderful years, we’ve decided it’s time to retire & close the doors. This was a journey we were meant to finish together, but sadly life had other plans for Ted and it wasn’t to be.
To all our wonderful customers — thank you. Your support, loyalty, & kindness over the years meant more than we can say. You made O’Doherty’s feel like more than just a shop — you made it part of the community.

To our brilliant staff, both past and present — we couldn’t have done it without you.
We’ll be closing for the last time on June 12th, and you’re welcome to pop in and say goodbye before then.

We would like to extend our very best wishes to the “NEW OWNERS” Alan & Caroline Curley.

From all of us here — and in loving memory of Ted — thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
