Lovely opportunity to learn to massage your baby in a friendly environment while meeting other parents and babies in your local area. Baby massage has some positive benefits for both you and your baby including improvement in bonding and sleeping patterns and can aid colic and constipation. The course runs for 5 consecutive weeks in Loughrea Family & Community Centre at 10.00am starting Friday, 4 March.
