Awaken yourself with a mindful movement practice with Olwyn starting in January 2022.

These yoga classes will be working on posture and breath work. Suitable for all levels.

Wednesdays, 9 am – 10 am, and 10 am – 11 am.

€40 for 4 classes, or €12 drop-in.
