The next 6 Week Course of Beginners Yoga at The Health Hub, Loughrea is coming up with LK Holistic.
To reserve a space, you must pay in full beforehand. Text 087 1921039 E70 for 6 classes and you must choose which class you will be attending.
Classes are on a Monday 6-7pm & 7:15-8:15pm & Wednesday 7-8pm. You will need your own yoga mat, strap/belt and two yoga blocks
Monday’s classes are as follows:

- 4th Class: 21st March
- 5th Class: 28th March
- 6th Class: 4th April
Wednesday’s classes are as follows: 7-8pm

- 3rd Class: 16th March
